  • Why should I invest in therapy? You work hard for your money and it might be difficult to imagine spending it on therapy. In the same way that your financial investments grow with time and consistency, starting therapy early and attending weekly can have a significant impact on your long term life satisfaction and well-being.

My fee is $200 for a 60 minute individual session.

EMDR Intensive Therapy Package prices are listed on the EMDR Intensives page.

  • Our first session will allow us to begin getting to know each other. A big part of successful therapy is feeling comfortable with your therapist, which may come over time. However, if after a few sessions you feel I’m not the right therapist for you, I’m happy to give you a few referrals.

  • A “Good Faith Estimate” explains how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You can ask for this before you schedule a session.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical service, including psychotherapy services. Please inform me if you do not have insurance or don’t plan to use insurance, and you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
