I help women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns from the past. You’re used to holding it all together, but lately it feels like too much. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s driving the stress beneath the surface and help you find more calm and peace in your daily life.

You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. Clients often come to me when they’re struggling with anxiety, childhood trauma and relationship wounds. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, perfectionism, and self-doubt — and begin to release them. My approach is warm, depth-oriented, and goes at your pace.

Whether you’re looking for weekly therapy sessions or a focused EMDR intensive, we’ll find the pace and approach that fit your busy life. My practice is based in Palm City, Florida, where I offer in-person sessions for women in the surrounding areas — and online therapy for residents across Florida and Michigan.
